Hi, I'm Stephanie Tapia, a 22-year-old Latina and self-taught fitness enthusiast. I began my fitness journey back in April 2022, filled with motivation and love for the gym. But like many, I hit a low point in my life, by early 2024, I had lost my drive; I was snoozing alarms, skipping workouts, eating out nearly every day, and going out drinking with friends too often. I had lost my confidence, but I chose to do nothing to change it… At this time, I weighed 140 lbs, felt lazy, unmotivated, and disconnected from the person I wanted to be.

Everything changed in March 2025 when I made a bet to lose 10 pounds by June 1st if I failed, I’d owe $250. That bet sparked something inside me, it gave me the motivation I’d been searching for. I cleaned up my eating habits, gave up alcohol, and committed to waking up with my alarm and hitting the gym consistently up to 6 days a week.

The months of training, and dieting weren’t easy, but it was worth it. I lost 25 pounds by August 2025, but more importantly, I gained confidence, discipline, and a renewed sense of purpose. I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too!

I’ve been through the ups and downs, the lack of motivation, the skipped workouts, the struggle to stay consistent. I won’t pretend it’s easy, because it’s not. But I also know it gets easier and it’s absolutely worth it.

I’m honest, compassionate, and understanding. Everything I’ve learned, I’ve taught myself through years of dedication in the gym, real-life trial and error, and the desire to become the best version of me. I’m all about fitness because I’ve been through it all myself; I’ve bulked up, leaned out, dropped weight, and pushed through every challenge along the way. Fitness is a lifestyle I live every day, and now I’m here to help others do the same. My weight loss journey didn’t just help me drop pounds, it gave me something way bigger. It boosted my confidence, lit up my energy, and made me genuinely happier; and the best part is this can be you too. I’m here to guide you, I want to help you become the strongest, happiest, most confident version of yourself because you deserve that.
